Founded in 1992, BPS Global Group is a leading provider of construction and logistics infrastructure headquartered in Hong Kong. With expanding footprints throughout the world, BPS Global has fortified offices in Australia, Taiwan, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Singapore. The Group operates diverse portfolio spanning across multiple industries, including Engineering Construction, Logistics Technology, and Investment & Real Estate.

BS Engineering and Consultancy Company Limited, a member company of BPS Global Group, has been a Registered Minor Works Contractor under the Building Authority since 2011. In 2013, BS Engineering and Consultancy Company Limited also becomes a Registered General Building Contractor. We are authorized to carry out A&A works, which also includes general building works under the Buildings Ordinance. In addition, BPS is also accredited with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard, the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system standard and the occupational health & safety management system – ISO 45001:2018.

BPS Global (Aust.) represents the latest addition to the BPS network and has been established to provide localised expertise that supplements the BPS Global offer to the market.

The Australian arm is managed by experienced senior operators with over 70 years of combined experience in designing, implementing, and managing logistics and supply chain operations. We utilise long-standing relationships with core contractors to manage design, preparation, implementation, service, and maintenance under the management of BPS personnel. We utilise local knowledge wherever possible, managed by proven systems and processes, and with back up from BPS Global.

    The Group is committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for its employees, stakeholders and subcontractors. We implement and properly manage an Occupational Health and Safety System which has been certified to OHSAS 18001 Standards. In addition to providing training in occupational health and safety, regular checks of all company workplaces for any possible safety issues and audits are conducted.

    Over the years BPS Global strive to maintain its core value of showing concern for the environment. Our group carried out outstanding performance in environmental management, resource recycling as well as implementation of environmental protection measures at site, with an aim to minimize negative environmental impacts, reduce waste and maximize efficiencies. The Group’s Environmental Management System, which has been certified to comply with ISO 14001 International Standards, is implemented across all its projects and is constantly undergoing refinement and improvement in line with latest international trends.
