David Oldridge is a joint-Managing Partner at BPS Global (Aust.).  David has over 35 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing complex Supply Chains for organizations in Australia and Asia.  His experience spans retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and 3PL industries including CEVA China and BAX Global.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management from RMIT Melbourne.

MALCOLM DRUCE

Managing Partner

Malcolm Druce is a Joint-Managing Partner at BPS Global (Aust.).  Malcolm’s 35 years in the Supply Chain industry has allowed him to develop operational capabilities in manufacturing logistics, retail logistics and 3PL. He has particular expertise in automated Supply Chains and the associated enabling technology.

Malcolm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management at RMIT Melbourne.

CHAD WEST

Chief Financial Officer

Chad West is the Chief Financial Officer for BPS Global (Aust.).  Possessing over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience, Chad is a seasoned professional experienced across a broad spectrum of industry sectors ranging from Sales Wholesale and Distribution (D2C, Retailer and Distributor methodologies), Import Export, Mining Services, Manufacturing, NFP Sport and Leisure, NFP Hospitality, Financial Services and Foundry & Rolling Stock.

Prior to this appointment, he has held numerous senior roles within NYSE Fortune 500 Australian Subsidiaries, Equity Backed Multinationals, Private Multinationals as well as Australian SME’s and Australian Public Not for Profits.

Bruce Drayton

Robotics and Automation Director

Bruce Drayton has over 30 years experience in the design and automation of Distribution Centres, there is not much that has not come over Bruce’s desk. Starting in design with Dexion, Bruce moved into Supply Chain consulting with Symonds Henderson before starting his own design business, DCL Solutions. DCL Solutions was acquired by BPS in 2021 to ensure Bruce’s many skills are harnessed for the benefit of BPS’ customers.

Logistics Specialist

Gladys Wong is Logistics Specialist with focus on supply chain & logistics solution development, logistics optimization, data analytics & modelling, LEAN & operation excellence, with rich experience in High-tech, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Wine.
