Malcolm Druce

Malcolm Druce has 40 years of supply chain experience, leading reviews of operating strategies and providing solutions to transform businesses.

In his long supply chain career, Malcolm has managed a variety of operations including distribution centres, sea freight forwarding operations, rail freight forwarding operations and local linehaul transport fleets.

He is known for taking an upfront and honest approach with clients when specifying, selecting and implementing a wide range of supply chain technologies including Network Optimisation systems, Transport Optimisation systems, Demand Planning Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.

Malcolm joined the BPS Global Australia mission to make a difference by focusing on real innovation in the supply chain.

Bruce Drayton

Bruce Drayton has over 30 years’ experience in the design and automation of distribution centres. Starting his career in design, Bruce transitioned to supply chain consulting before starting his own business, DCL Solutions. DCL Solutions was acquired by BPS Global Group in 2021 to harness Bruce’s skills and experience for its own customers.

Over his career, Bruce has developed lasting business relationships, and he emphasises being on a journey with clients, where he informs and educates businesses about how they can improve their warehouse distribution.

Bruce’s strengths include the concept design and integration of material handling solutions into new built facilities, enhancing and improving existing facilities to maximise efficiency and drive profit, contract negotiations and financial reviews, project engineering and integration and team building.

David Oldridge

David Oldridge has a wealth of experience as a Logistics Specialist, Consultant and CEO across a number of industries, including aeronautical, automobile, tech, retail, industrial and food.

His core competencies are in supply chain development and optimisation, solution development, logistics operation and implementation, warehouse design and implementation, having worked and lived extensively across Asia including PRC, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan and Indonesia.

David takes pride in his problem-solving ability, utilising his experience to apply unique solutions for customers looking to gain a competitive edge.

Chad West

Chad West is the Chief Financial Officer for BPS Global (Aust.). Possessing over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience, Chad is a seasoned professional experienced across a broad spectrum of industry sectors ranging from Sales Wholesale and Distribution (D2C, Retailer and Distributor methodologies), Import Export, Mining Services, Manufacturing, NFP Sport and Leisure, NFP Hospitality, Financial Services and Foundry & Rolling Stock.

Prior to this appointment, he has held numerous senior roles within NYSE Fortune 500 Australian Subsidiaries, Equity Backed Multinationals, Private Multinationals as well as Australian SME’s and Australian Public Not for Profits.
